I heard the juror on the tape say that he kept looking for something to prove John's innocence. Isn't that illegal? He should have been looking for things to prove his guilt. That statement is proof in itself that they already had John convicted prior to the trial and were only looking to find things that exonerated him.
Sounds like to me they really had trouble on this. This guy to me seem to have some doubt until he mentioned what the grandmother said. But he still sounded unsure about Johns guilt.
